Despite promises of U.S. tax reform, companies remain engaged in transfer pricing issues on multiple fronts and with taxing authorities around the world. For some companies, the issue is understanding the OECD's most recent actions. For others, the issue is successfully resolving disputes with taxing authorities as to how "arm's length" is defined today in an environment where the answer might not be the same in all jurisdictions and taxing authorities may believe they can change the meaning over time. This webinar will explore the current state of transfer pricing policy and enforcement and will take stock of some of the leading disputes here in the U.S. and around the world - and what they mean for taxpayers who are simply trying to find some certainty in this ever-uncertain environment.
